Moving in
The Grand Hyatt Mumbai will be open for exhibitors to set up their stands from 27th Nov 2008 noon. Please note that it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to put up his or her own exhibitor material.
Exhibition stand and cost
1) Minimum stand size: 9 sq. m (3 X 3)
2) Rate: Rs 10,000/- per sq. m + Service Tax @ 12.36%

The fee includes:
• The exhibition area

Please note that costs for extra fittings and accessories, exhibition stand, transportation etc. are to be covered by the exhibitor.
Moving out
Exhibitors can start moving out on 30th Nov, from 20.00 hrs. Please note that it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to remove his or her own exhibitor material.

Conditions for participation and terms of payment
The enclosed Application Form should be completed and sent to the exhibition organiser. Deadline for application is October 15th, 2008. The application is binding. The applicant should pay 25% of the exhibition fee as commitment fee. This fee will be invoiced as soon as we have received your Application Form. The balance together with changes for optional accessories should be paid before 30th November. Any cancellations should be notified by a letter to FIEO. Cancellations received between 1st to 31st October will be subject to a 50% reimbursement/deduction of the total stall cost. No refund will be given there after. All payments should be made via current dated Cheque/Demand Draft in the name of Federation of Indian Export Organisations - A/c Events.
Insurance and damage on exhibition premises
It shall be the responsibility of the exhibitors to cover insurance for their exhibits/personnel. Damages if any, caused by or as a result of negligence by exhibitors to stalls, including walls, flooring, equipment, furniture, fittings, inventory during or as a result of the exhibition shall be fully payable to the organizers.
